Change!!

We are looking at this chapter to understand a few things one of those things is WHAT IT MEANS TO BE REVOLUTIONARY. Another thing we are looking at is WHAT IT MEANS TO BE OBEDIENT TO GOD. Another thing we can pull from this chapter is which is probably the most important thing is UNDERSTANDING THE GREAT POWER OF GOD THROUGH HIS LIFE CHANGING GOSPEL.

Who were the disciples? How were they related? Which disciple had a nickname? What might this show about who Jesus chose?

What were Jesus's instructions? Were his instructions revolutionary or normal? Were the disciples going to places where they knew people?

In what ways does Jesus talk about God's power? In what ways does Jesus say that this power will be shown?
What responsibility do we have as Christians today?

  2. Q:Who were the disciples?
A:The disciples were Jesus's closest friends. They were called by Jesus to listen, obey, and spread the word.
    Q:How were they related?
A: They were all just ordinary people. Nothing was special about them. They all came from unique backgrounds.
    Q:Which disciple had a nickname?
A: I'm not really sure about this one because Simon, Jesus later named Peter. Matthew was also known as Levi. And John was also called " The Baptist".
Q:What might this show about who Jesus chose?
A: This might have shown that you don't have to be special to be accepted and loved by Christ.
